We check your CAD and samples — materials, tolerances, draft, wall thickness — before any tooling is cut.

Samples & T1 sign-off

You approve physical samples and first-article parts in writing before serial production starts.

Lab batch testing

Every batch passes the plant laboratory before it ships — CMM, optical spectrometer, hardness, salt spray, tensile.

Staged 30 / 30 / 40 payments

You pay against confirmed results; third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV / QIMA) clears the final payment.

Our manufacturing partner — LEAN AUTO Co., Ltd.

Established 2002 in Ningbo (Beilun). We run the engineering, sourcing, quality and contracts around the plant — we do not own it.

Tooling cluster

In the heart of the Ningbo / Beilun tooling-and-casting cluster — mold shops within a few kilometers, the nearest about 500 m. Injection and casting molds, leading hot-runner systems (Mold-Masters, Husky, DME, YUDO). We manage tool build, sampling and acceptance on-site.
